| 사업 목적
아프리카 짐바브웨 청년과 지역주민의 자립을 지원하는 자립지원 프로젝트로 무카나 프로젝트에 참여하는 한국 청년들에게는 글로벌 시민으로서의 경험을 제공하는 해외 봉사 프로그램입니다. 짐바브웨 수도 하라레에서 11시간 가량 떨어져 있는 고퀘지역의 좀바미션에 봉제 시설을 구축하고 지역 주민들에게 일자리를 제공하여 경제적 자립을 돕고, 한국 청년들은 현지에서 봉사하며 다양한 문화를 경험하고 글로벌 감각을 키울 수 있습니다. 국가 간의 교류를 통해 상호 성장을 도모하고, 지속 가능한 개발에 기여하는 것이 무카나 프로젝트의 목표입니다. 매년 4월 경 아프리카 짐바브웨 수혜 지역에서 10여 일간의 현지 지원 프로젝트가 시행됩니다. 자립지원을 위한 기금 마련에 함께 해주실 후원자님과 후원기업을 기다립니다.

프로젝트 소개
무카나 프로젝트는 아프리카 짐바브웨의 청년과 지역 주민이
스스로 삶을 만들어 갈 수 있도록 함께하는 자립지원 프로젝트입니다.
이 프로젝트는 외부의 일시적인 지원이 아닌,
지역 안에서 지속 가능한 변화가 이어질 수 있도록
자립의 기반을 만드는 데 집중합니다.
기회의 공간
2024년, 짐바브웨 고퀘(Gokwe) 지역 좀바 미션(Zhomba Mission)에
봉제 공장 '기회의 공간’이 만들어졌습니다.
이곳은 지역 청년들에게 안정적인 일자리를 제공하고,
지역의 일상 속에서 자연스럽게
경제적 자립이 이어지도록 돕는 공간입니다.
